Returns Policy
Alexanders are more than happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund. The item must be returned to us within 14 days, providing the item is unworn, in the same condition and with its original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation are enclosed.
This offer does not include earrings / body jewellery, engraved items or special orders and does not affect your statutory rights.

Returned items must be sent back to us via an insured method, ie Special Delivery. We will not accept responsibility for items we have not received!
