The Distance Selling Regulations no longer apply in U.K. law. As of 13 June 2014 the Consumer Contracts Regulations which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in U.K. law – apply to all purchases you make at a distance, ironically the on line shopper is now better protected than a traditional shopper buying from a terrestrial shop. Caveat
If we design a custom piece for you, by law, you are not legally entitled to a refund.
However, we offer flexibility:
- Receive full credit toward a new design of equal or higher value.
- Remodel to a different design, with charges only for design, labour, and material costs.
- If we do accept the return of the bespoke item for a refund then it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Advertising
Our advertising complies with the Advertising Standards Authority code. Any external advertising material on our site is clearly identified.

All promotions adhere to the Sales Promotion Code, available on the Advertising Standards Authority website.

We pride ourselves on delivering items at the earliest possibility for our customers. However, delivery periods are projections, not guarantees, due to the nature of our work.

Errors and Omissions Accepted
We strive for accuracy, but in the event of human or technical errors, we reserve the right to amend any incorrect information or pricing on our site. If there's a price change after you place an order, we will offer you the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
